| Duties: | � Answers inbound service calls for Global Equipment Company.
� Assists customers with account activities (orders, returns, etc.,) by receiving inbound calls.
� Provides effective problem resolution and suggestions regarding customer complaints and/or concerns.
� Investigates and updates customers regarding inquiries and/or complaints.
� Perform other related duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | � Must have previous Call Center experience.
� Must have experience in customer service interactions.
� Must have typing and/or data entry skills.
� Must have strong problem resolution and reasoning abilities.
� Must have demonstrated high level of dependability.
� Must be capable of utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.
� Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills. |
