| Duties: | � Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
� Coordinate interviewing teams and schedule.
� Prescreen candidates by phone.
� Evaluate candidates based on various employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of candidates.
� Interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
� Build and maintain candidate relationship through ongoing communication regarding questions, updates, and status during the interview process.
� Correspond with candidates on company information and notification of employment consideration.
� Other human resources responsibilities and duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | � Bachelor�s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
� 0-2 years of recruiting experience.
� Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
� Ability to interact and interface with most levels within the organization.
� Excellent negotiating skills. |
