| Duties: | � Assists customers with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services through phone, web, fax or mail communication.
� Provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members.
� Requires ability to acquire an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.

| Qualifications: | � 2 + years sales or call center experience a plus.
� Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
� Demonstrated high level of dependability.
� Basic knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook.
� Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills.
� Bilingual/Spanish a plus. |
