We carry over 750,000 industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions and government agencies as well as consumers.
|Duties:|| Data entry of key import information for new products.|
Ex. Product specs, freight, pricing moqs duty fees, minimum order quantity
Assist Import team with specific projects as needed.
Maintain and update all pricing for existing import products
Maintain and update all pricing for ocean freight containers from our freight forwarders
Create comparative spreadsheets from new quotes submitted from new forwarders.
Work up landed costs from quotes for new products manufactured overseas.
Create comparative spreadsheets from different factories offering the same products overseas.
Create cost savings spreadsheets for domestic vendor vs. import vendor.
Interact with Product managers and purchasing department in setting up new import products and placing the first order.
Make necessary changes in the system relating to any import product.
Ex. Price change, switching vendors, moq change.
|Qualifications:|| Associate Degree /Bachelors degree/or Work Experience|
Import Export Freight experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
