|Duties:||• Liaison between sales team and vendors for technical questions & special orders.|
• Research and product sourcing for customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with vendors while supporting the needs of the sales team.
• Assist with the creation of a centralized FAQ for use by sales & technical support teams.
• Identify trends and send suggestions to product management team for new product lines.
|Qualifications:||• College Degree with a technical aptitude.|
• Experience with customer service, sales or product management a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently, keen attention to details and deadlines.
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Access.
